Qwens-Brockway. Ihave received information that subject to the review of client sereening protocol (otherwise known as a Chinese wall), that Owens-Brockway will waive its conflict of interest so that I may continue to represent the City in the Owens-Brockway tax appeal, presently before the Michigan Tax Tribunal, and will represent the City in the matter relating to the revocation of the industrial facilities certificate. Iam in the process of drawing up waiver letters and establishing the protocol to assure that confidential information of the City is not viewed by my partner, Bill Hlousefield, who represents Owens-fllinois/Owens-Brockway in workers” compensation ‘matters, and likewise, establishing procedures so that I will have no access to any of the Owens- Tilinois/Owens-Brockway files. 2. Jewelry Sales.
