• Learning is the process by which a person
constructs knowledge ,skills and capabilities.
• Learning is a process to bring about enduring
change in behavior of employees
• In each stage of our life we are learning .

• Training is systematic and planned attempt to
increase knowledge and skill or to change
choice behaviour via formal instruction and
learning.
• Without learning training is not compleete.
