PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
HELP DESK ANALYST, 1/2010 – 8/2010
OGILVY AND MATHER – New York City, NY
Successfully provided Level 1 phone and desk side support for a large prominent advertising agency
consisting of over 2000 users in New York, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
Duties:
Utilized Active Directory to enable/disable accounts, grant access to folders and groups, add/terminate
users and other administrator tasks.
Supported users with Lotus Notes 8.5 assisting with stability problems as well as archiving, calendar
and other common troubleshooting issues.
Provided troubleshooting support of VPN, Citrix and Aircards for mobile users. In addition, worked
with carriers to resolve issues related to registration or provisioning of devices.
Performed routine maintenance and security tasks to optimize company machines including but not
limited to removal of viruses, spyware and reimaging computer whenever necessary.
Carried out installation of software and general troubleshooting for Mac OSX 10.5.8 and higher.
Provided computer training and software recommendations for users including advice on enhancing computer
security, stability and productivity.
Duties:
Installation of Windows Operating Systems on desktop and laptop PC’s as well as providing backup
solutions for critical data.
Removal of spyware / adware, and viruses from infected client computers.
Completed thorough computer diagnostics to speed up computer performance by over 50% on
average.
