The class of BSN 4D2-3 wished to express their thoughtful appreciation and gratitude the people
who made the seminar possible.

All praises, honor, glory and thanks to God and our Lord Jesus Christ for giving us the gift of
knowledge and wisdom to be in the lights of making this seminar possible.

It would not have been possible for the class to accomplish this seminar if it were not with Mr.
Arman A. Candelaria,RN who served as our seminar adviser. He provided assistance valuable
suggestions, trust and encouragement.

The class was also indebted to Mr. Mamanao,RN,MAN ,our seminar speaker, for his
all out support and endowed knowledge and wit so that the objective of this program be realized. To the
panelists, namely, Mrs. Gruspe,RN,MAN and Mrs Marisol G. Manipol, RN,MAN who had given their
time and lastly to Mrs . Nelia R. Capulong, RN,RM,MAN, the college dean, for allowing the class to use
the necessary technical materials and equipments.

As always, the friends and the family who continue to be a major part of our lives, their support,
encouragement, criticism and loyalty help the class to successfully bring the task to accomplishment.

Lastly, the nursing students, particularly the class of BSN 3C1-2 to whom the seminar was
conducted for, who were really looking for help to provide quality nursing care in the period of transition
and change. You become an inspiration to us.

This seminar is intended for the purpose of imparting knowledge for our fellow nursing students
who have been our inspiration.

This seminar is also dedicated to our parents who have never failed to give us financial and moral
support, for giving all our needs during the time we developed our system and for teaching us that even
the largest task can be accomplished if it is done one step at a time.

To many unnamed friends, without their understanding, support, and most of all love, the
completion of this work would not have been possible.

And above all, to our Almighty God whose infinite wisdom gave us capability to come up with a
seminar beneficial for our fellow students.
