COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is intended to introduce the theories and practices that allow organizations,
companies and individuals to cope with the communications aspects of crises.
Skills developed will include message crafting; audience and channels analysis; and the internal
review, approval and escalation process. Tactics will comprise real-time assignments with
evolving facts and varying deadlines; presentations to representatives of intended audiences; and
direct and immediate feedback from practicing professionals,
