160 characters.

Q: Sometimes SMS replied “Invalid Keyword”. Why this?

Ans: It will happen when you use special characters like: &, *, ~, %, $ etc. It is
recommended not to use special characters randomly rather use plain text.

Q: Do I need a facebook account for use this service?

Ans: Yes: you need a valid facebook account to use this service.

Q: What is the Charge applicable of sending SMS?

Ans: Outgoing SMS: BDT 1.00/SMS + VAT (15% VAT will be applicable)

Q: Will there be any charge for incoming SMS?

Ans: No: incoming SMS is free.

where should I send the SMS?
Ans: if you get SMS from 2555xx and you want send any action against it, then you
need to reply against that number (2555xx) NOT 2555

If you want to like then SMS like to 255538; if you want to comment then send
comment at 255538
