OBJECTIVES:
• To identify, nurture, groom and motivate talented MCS
(management carder staff).
• Career and succession planning to build in-house pool of talent
(grow your own timber) for our future needs of HOD’s and GM‘s.
• Determine talent strength (numbers) and quality (competencies),future
requirements and ideal “organizational structure”, identifygaps and take actions.
1)To observe the work environment in organization.
