Note2: Direction convention: waves are approaching from the direction given.
Note3: True directions: provided on a fixed installation and on a floating with gyro input
Note4: Relative directions: normally provided on floating installations, with variable
heading (direction relative to heading, i.e. 90= waves coming from starboard side)
