Dear Sai children, Many sai devotees around the world have been benefitted by doing this pooja. Ofcourse i wont say only if
you do this pooja your wish will be fulfilled. Not at all.As Lord Krishna says "I will accept any leaf, flower , fruit offered by a
pure hearted devotee" , Saibaba also will accept any kind of devotion you show on him.I mostly suggest the devotees to do
parayan - Reading of Sai Satcharitra - Life of shirdi saibaba again and again. This is a greater blessing than any pooja in this
world. Sai himself has said reading his life, his leelas and living with faith and patience will take devotees very close to him.Sai
vrat Pooja has somehow become famous as below but during shirdi saibabas time it surely was followed in a different way. The
following doubts i often get by emails which i wanna clarify here

1. What kind of food i can have ? How many times. etc etc.
Answer is first of all sai is a saint who never wants his devotees to be fully empty stomach. Some how this pooja became
famous and many go to extent of not eating anything. Please have any vegetarian food as many times as you
want...ha ...2...3...your wish. the matter to consider is dont eat FULL. Make sure you have a feeling of sai in you n u are doing
a vrat. Thats it.
2. How to do udyapan.
People who do this pooja for 9 weeks are asked to distribute such books to 9 devotees and also give annadhan. Fine do it if
you can. If not its ok. Many ask me for soft copy of sai vrat book . At times i guide them , at times i cant. I always suggest
this

SAIBABA LOOKS ONLY YOUR DEVOTION.

dont worry if you cant get books or dont be in hunger. Do the pooja as you feel comfortable but only devotedly pray sai and
show your devotion on saibaba with simplicity. That will do.

Kind request : Friends, Please understand shirdi saibaba has no specific rules in any pooja or way we show our devotion to
him. He is a saint of mercy.People write to me asking for sai vrat katha book.I ask them to search net for online versions.I do
not like to do anything commercial. so i ask them to try to get the books in near by shirdi saibaba temple. If you can't get
book also try to do this pooja as given below.Instead of book, you can read sai satcharita and also Sainath Stavan Manjari can
be copied in your wordpad, take a print out , xerox it ,stabler it and give it to sai devotees.

Humble effort to keep Sai vrat Pooja sacred:

Friends, This Sai vrat Pooja is done by many shirdi saibaba devotees .Recently i realized many books about sai vrat pooja has
come and these books are got again as the pooja says that after completion of the 9th week, one has to distribute the pooja
book.Its getting too commercial . I appreciate anything that creates sai faith . So atleast those who cant get the book, try to
take print out of sainath stavan manjari written by Das ganu maharaj. Its very powerful if you read this sacred poem on praise
of saibaba .

If you can get the sai nav guruwar vrat book , fine then do as you wish but i have a better request. Its only personal request.
Please see if you can print out Sainath Stavan Manjari for distribution to friends. Devotees abroad can also send a link to this
page or sainath stavan manjari as many mail me asking for book. Thats what my friends have been doing and its really
helpful. Now lets go to the Pooja ....

The credit for below pooja goes to the person who created it by saibabas blessings and the person who contributed it . I have
just provided sai vrat puja as a service to help shirdi saibaba devotees.

Story behind the sai vrat pooja :


Kokilaben and her husband Maheshbhai used to live in a big city and they had lots of love for each other. But Maheshbhai’s
nature was very annoying and he had no sense of talking. Neighbors were also very much frustrated by his this kind of nature.
Kokilaben had lots of faith in GOD and she was very religious.

She was tolerating all her problems silently having lots of faith in GOD that GOD will make everything all right one day. But
because of Maheshbhai’s nature, their business went down gradually and there was not enough income. He started staying at
home all day and his nature become worst.
It was an afternoon. One old saint came to Kokilaben’s door. There was enormous light on his face. And he asked for rice and
dal (lentils). Kokilaben gave him rice and dal and she folded her both hands and said “namste” (greetings).

Saint replied “SAI will always keep you happy.” Kokilaben said “There is no happiness in my life” and she told all her
problems to the saint.
After listening to all her problems, Saint told her about

“SAI NAV (NINE) GURUWAR (THURSDAY) VRAT”.

Saint told as follows about the Vrat.

· This Vrath can be started from any Thursday by uttering SAI BABA’s name.

· This Vrath has to be continued for 9 Thursdays.

· Any male, female or child can do this Vrat.

· On these Nine Thursday, individual who is doing vrat can eat fruit/milk/sweets etc. all day long or can have one meal a day.
ONE MUST NOT DO THIS VRAT WITHOUT EATING ANYTHING.

· If possible, go to SAI BABA’s temple to have SAIBABA’s darshan on these Nine Thursday.

· At home, do pooja / prayer of SAI BABA as follows.

· In the morning or in the evening, do the pooja as mentioned below.

· Put Yellow Cloth in front of you and place SAI BABA’s Photo or Statue on this cloth.

· Light lamp (diya) in front of BABA’s picture.

· Wash or wipe BABA’s picture with clean water and cloth.

· Put “tikka (Bindi on the forehead)” with “kumkum” (red powder) on BABA’s face.

· Offer Yellow Flower to BABA.

· Offer Fruit or Sweets to BABA as Naivadhya (Prasad)

· Read this SAI story and Read / Sing SAIBABA’s Aarti after finishing Pooja and reading story.

· Tell BABA why you are doing this Vrat and ask him to fulfill your wish.

· Give Prasad to all your friends and family members and you also eat it some.

· If, because of any reason, you cannot do vrat on any Thursday, skip that Thursday and continue from the next Thursday.

· If female is doing this Vrat, skip the Thursday during Menstrual Cycle period.

· On the 9th Thursday, Celebrate SAI VRAT. In this celebration process, feed 5 poor people and distribute this SAI VRAT
book among people. One can give 5, 11 or 21 etc.
Since i get mails from shirdi saibaba devotees who cant donate food : Saibaba devotees living abroad and those who are not
able to give food , can give some sweets to your friends or childrens near by. If possible send money to your relatives in india
or request them provide food to poor people sitting outside temple or generally distribute sweets to devotees in any temple.Its
better to make childrens happy by giving them any toys, books sweets etc. The point is you are inlving yourself in a good
deed.

· Put this SAI VRAT Story Book or printed paper , which you are going to distribute among people, when you do pooja and
then give them to people. By doing this, their wishes will be fulfilled very soon too.

Since few saibaba devotees living abroad are not able to get this book , you can also distribute Sainath stavan manjari
provided in this site. Take a print out and send to your friends or send the link with personal message to close friends.

· All wishes will be fulfilled by doing this vrat.

In this Kali Age (Kaliyug), this vrat is very effective. This vrat will give desired fruit to doer but doer must have full faith and
patience. Whoever will distribute this SAI VRAT book among people and make good name of SAI and this Vrat, their all
wishes will be fulfilled.

After listening about this SAI VRAT from Saint, Kokilaben also decided to do this vrat. She started Vrat from the Thursday.
And she finished 8 Guruwars with full faith. On the 9th Guruwar, she fed poor people and distributed SAI VRAT books
among friends and relatives.

As soon as she finished the Vrat, all the quarrels vanished from her house. Prosperity, happiness and peace spread in her
home. Maheshbhai’s nature was changed completely. Their business started doing well. And in no time, they got all the
happiness and prosperity.

Both husband and wife started living happily. One day Kokilaben’s sister-in-law and brother-in-law came from Surat. Her
sister-in-law was talking with Kokilaben. The former said that her kids were not studying and getting failed in exams.
Kokilaben told her about SAI VRAT. She said “SAI devotion will make education better. Have faith in SAI BABA. HE helps
everyone.” Kokilaben’s sister-in-law asked the detail of the vrat.

Kokilaben told about the SAI VRAT in detail. And explained her everything about the vrat. Her sister-in-law went to Surat
and she sent a letter after few days. She wrote that her children have started doing SAI VRAT and now they are studying very
well. She also did Vrat and distributed SAI VRAT book in her office. One of her friend, who had very hard time in getting
married, got married to a very nice man after started doing SAI VRAT. Her neighbor has also started doing SAI VRAT and
she got her stolen jewelry box back. It was a great miracle.

I have not done this pooja myself but my sai friends has done. Few ask me about the story and i guide them with links but
better copy the contents of this page , take printouts and distribute it in the end of 9 weeks pooja or just send email to your sai

To Tukaram and all other saints;
Oh, Sharada, Goddess of Speech! So, also, to all the devotees.
You are the mistress of the realm of words;
Because of your existence, Hail, Hail to you, Sainath,
All worldly transactions are carried on. Redeemer of sinners and merciful one!
I lay my head down at your feet;
You are the deity revered by all authors; Now give me your protection.
You are eternally the pride of this nation;

You are the ocean of kindness and infinite You are God in human form!

You, who control the world like a puppeteer with
his strings, You are the CHINTAMANI of the poor and the

All the sciences and sacred books are still You are the divine purifer (Ganges river) for
delving your devotees!
To plumb the essence of your nature. You are the raft for those drowning in
Those who are pedagogues, worldliness!
To them, you are not revealed, oh Chakrapani, You are the refuge of the timid.
All those foolish people
Only indulge in the jugglery of words. You are the very cause of this creation!
That which is pure Chaitanya !
Only the saints understand you You are that Oh, very treasure of compassion;
Others remain baffled. The universe is only one of your leelas.
To you, my obeisance,
Respectful and with my whole body You are not born!
prostrate in veneration before you. Death also does not affect you!
This is the final conclusion
Oh, You, five - headed Shankara Which one arrives at, after thoughtful search.
Oh, You, wearer of garland of skulls,
Oh, You, blue - throated Digmbara Birth and death,
Oh, You, Brahmarupa pashupati ! These concepts are born of ignorance !
From both you are free
One who receits your name all the time, Oh, Lord, of course!
His worldly adversities are immediately
dissolved If water appears as a spring,
Such is, oh Dhurjati Does it imply that its source is there ?
The power of your name. It existed already, full and flush,
Merely sprang up from within the earth.
With obeisance at your feet,
I am writing this paean of praise; Water that springs up in a hollow
Help me always to complete this mission, Is, therefore, so described or named;
Oh, you, Nilakantha - the blue - throated one! A "spring" becomes its proper name.
Without the water, it is only a hollow.
To spring up and to dry up and disappear, Saints are the river Godavari,
This is not the nature of water; And, you are the water in it
Because the water of the spring We are the puddles, wells and lakes;
Has no importance for the hollow it fills. That is the difference between us.

It is only the hollow that is mistakenly proud For the fulfilments of our lives
Of itself, rather than the water that filled it. We must surrender to you,
Therefore, when the water dries up Always, with folded hands,
The hollow becomes impoverished. Because you are the embodiment of piety.

The human body is really like the hollow water It is due to its water - bed
bed; That the waters of Godavari have become holy;
The spirit (pure energy) is like the pure clean Considered merely as water,
water of the spring; It’s the same everywhere.
Although there are innumerable such hollows
The essence is the same in everyone. The bed of Godavari
That is considered as truly sacred,
Until now, who are without a beginning, Owes all its sanctity
I say to you, merciful one, To the quality of the land through which it flows
To destroy the mountain of ignorance The water latent in the clouds
Please become the thunderbolt of Indra! Does not alter that part of the earth on which it
falls;
Until now, such hollow (beings) Yet, that very part of the earth,
Have existed in large numbers, on this earth. Is called Godavari (or pure) by the scholars
Many more exist even now, of the sacred books.
And, in the future, as time goes by, many more Where the water has fallen elsewhere,
will come. It has acquired the qualities of the soil on those
places;
Each such hollow (being) Contaminated, bitter, salty it becomes
Is given a separate and different name and Though originally sweet.

That is how, in this world, Same is the case with you, oh, Gururaya,
They are identified. In whom there is no impurity of the six vices,
To that holy form
Therefore, to distinguish that spirit This title, “Saint” is befitting.
In terms of “you and me” is not proper;
Because, as there is no duality Therefore saints are Godavari
That itself is most surely, the Spirit So full of grace;
Amongst all the beings
And, since the Spirit Your place is the highest!
Truly encompasses the whole world,
Then, the "you and me" the duality concept, From the beginning of creation
How can it possibly be entertained? Godavari has been in existence;
It has been full of water
Water latent in the clouds And it has never lacked it till today.
Is all the same;
But when it descends upon the earth, Look, the enemy of RAVAN
It assumes different forms. Came to the banks of the Godavari
But it’s water has flowd
That which falls in the Godavari bed And the water at present is not the same as old
Is known as the (sacred) River Godavari; water.
That which falls into a well
Does not have the same worthiness or prestige. The bed alone remains the same,
The water have flowed into the ocean,
The sancity is eternal Do not change, Guruvara,
Of the river - bed, to this day. Then, it is to the discredit of the “parisa”!

Each year, Don’t let me be a sinner


The old waters go and the new Don’t belittle yourself,
Flow into the river bed; Look, you are ‘parisa’, I am the iron;
It’s the law, as you know. My discharge is your concern too.
A child always commits mistakes,
A century is like a year. But a mother does not scold;
The sages of that century Remembering this,
Are like the flowing waters Grant me your grace.
While the great souls are like the waves on the Oh, Sadguru Sainath,
water. You are my "Kalpataru" !
You are the means for crossing this worldly
Of these saints who are like Godavari, ocean,
In the early centuries, you alone are so - undoubtedly.
There was a great flood You are "Kamdhenu"!
of sanat - sanak - sananda You are "Chintamani"!
You are the sun in the sky of knowledga,
Followed by narada and tumber You are great mine of virtues!
Dhurva, Prahlad, powerful king Bali, Oh, you are the ladder to heaven!
Shabari, Angad, Vayukumar,
Vidur, Gope - Gopika Oh, pious, purest one,
Oh, embodiment of peace and bliss,
Thus, many came the present time Oh, the Supreme Self,
In each of the centuries of the past; Oh, the non-dual one, the ocean of knowledge;
The floods came repeatedly, Oh, incarnation of the Supreme wisdom, the best
Which I am unable to recount. among men,
In this present century, Oh, abode of forgiveness and peace,
The sacred Godavari Oh, refuge of devotees,
Has for certain flooded this land Bless me, bless me!
In your form, Oh, Sainath! You are the Sadguru Machinder
Therefore at your divine feet You are the Mahatama Jalander,
I make obeisance; You are Nivratinath, Dnyaneshwar,
Maharaj, of my faults Kabir, Sheikh Mohammed , Eknath, you are
Take no notice, I plead. You are Bodhla you are Savatamali,
You are truly Ramdas,
I am a poor, wretched, ignorant man, You are Tukaram, Sainath,
The greatest of sinners; You are Sakha You are Manikprabu.
Ridden with vices,
But do not cast me off! Your present manifestation,
And your manifold nature
The inherent defects of iron are really difficult to understand!
Are ignored by "parisa" The knowledge about your caste and creed
The small streams of the village, Lendi and ohol You do not reveal to anybody.
Are not rejected by the Godavari.
Some say you are a Muslim,
I am full of vices within. Some say you are Brahmin,
By your merciful glance, Thus like Krushana,
Do, do quickly destroy them. You too, are inscrutable!
This, only, is the plea of "Das" Having observed Shree Krishna
Different people called him by various names.
If after coming in contact with the “parisa”! Some call him ‘Yadu Buhsan’
The iron’s inherent defects Some call him a cowherd.
YASHODA called him a darling, That I will always proffer,
KANSA called him a great evil, With your grace.
UDDHAV called him beloved,
ARJUN called him Omniscient. Saints, I reckon
Higher than gods;
Thus, oh GURUVARA, To you For distinctions such as mine and thine
According to each person’s conclusion Find not a place in their proximity.
Based on his mental attitude,
Names are give, by them. HIRANYAKASHAPU and RAVANA
Were killed because of their hatred of god;
The masjid being your dwelling, Such a deed ha never been done by saints.
And your ears not being pierced,
Nothing your offering the ‘FATEHA’ GOPICHAND, IN the heap of garbage,
To call you a Muslim is logical! Buried JALANDARA;
But that sage
Similarly, considering the worship of fire, Had no rancour for that act.
As done by you, Lord of Mercy,
My own conclusion is On the contrary, the king was delivered
That you are a Hindu! from the material world
And was immortalised;
But these superficial differences Such is the prowess of the saints,
Would interest only pedagogues; It is indescribable!
But for those devotees desirous of knowledge
They are of no consequences. Saints are the Sun,
Their grace is illuminating;
You are BRAHMA Itself! Saints are as pleasing as the moon,
Caste and creed have no relevance to you; Their benignness is as gentle as moonlight.
You are the Guru Supreme!
You are the creator of this world! Saints, are the soothing musk,
Their blessing are like it’s fragrance,
There was Hindu - Muslim rivalry; Saints are the juicy sugarcane,
Therfore to bring about unity and amity, Their blessings are like its sweetness.
The masjid and the fire worship were embraced
by you, Saints, towards the good and the bad,
To show your “leela” to the devotees. Are the same, definitely.
On the contrary, their love for the sinners
You are beyond caste and greed, Is immeasurable.
You are Brahman, the essance of Truth;
You are That, verily, In the waters of the Godavari,
You are beyond human conception! Only the soiled clothes come to be cleaned;
The clean ones;in a trunk,
Giving free rein to surmises and conjectures, Remain far from the Godavari banks.
Arguments have flourished about you.
There, my insignificant Even that which remained in the trunk,
Words, how will they prevail? came once,
To be cleaned throughly
But when I behold you, On the Godavari banks.
I cannot remain silent;
Because, for encomium, words The "DARSHAN" of your feet
Are normally the only means. Is like a bath in the Godavari;
Wash away my sins.
Therefore, by means of words, Oh, Samarth, and purify me!
Whtaever description is possible,
We worldly people There is no need to speak more.
Gather layers of impurities again and again; You are our mother and our father,
Therefore, we are the right people Oh, Sadguru Sainath,
For the “DARSHAN” of saints. Dweller of Shirdi village.

In the abundant waters of the Godavari Baba, Your "LEELAS"


Comes the wash, to be cleansed at the GHATS; No one can comprehend;
If, it is really left unattended, Then, my plebain speech
Then, it is a discredit to the Godavari! How can it do justice, tell me?

You are the cool, shady tree, with abundent To save the sinners,
foliage; You came to Shirdi;
We are the travellers, really, Pouring water into earthen lamps,
Suffering from the scorching sun-rays You made them burn.
Of the three-fold calamities of Life.
The wooden plank of absurdly small measures
From the blazing heat, oh compassionate one, You turned into your bed, truly;
Protect us, Oh GURURAYA. Thereby displaying to the devotees
The benign grace of your cool shade Your amazing yogic powers!
Is extraordinary!
The barrenness of many women
Sitting under a tree, You have completely dispelled;
If one feels the heat of the sun, The disease of many
Then, who will call that tree You have cured with the "Udi"!
The shade-giving tree?
TO ward off worldly difficulties
Look, without your grace Is not impossible for you.
Nothing can be right in the world; The weight of an ant,
SHESHSHAYEE befriended ARJUNA, Does the elephant consider as a burden?
To uphold the right.
So be it, GURURAYA,
Due to the kindness of SUGRIV, BIBHISHANA Have mercy on the humble one.
Came in contact with King RAM, I surrender at your feet,
It is due to the saints, Do not turn me away.
That Shri Hari is thus glorified.
You are the king of kings,
BRAHMAN, being formless, You are richer than KUBER himself,
VEDAS cannot describe it. You are the Healer par excellence,
Be endowing it with forms, No one is superior to you!
The saints have reduced the importance of the
formless! For the worship of other deities.
The ritual is as prescribed.
VAIKUNTHAPATI, husband of RUKMINI, But, for your worship,
was made a “mahar” by DAMAJI; There is nothing worthy of you!
TO PICK UP CORPSES OF BUFFALOES
CHOKHAMELA made JAGAD-ATMA (God) Look, in the realm of the sun,
slog. The festival of DEEPAVALI has come;
But to celebrate it,
Knowing the prowess of saints, what should be the means?
Jagjivan laboured by carrying water.
Saints have truly lorded, To quench the ocean’s
Over God Himself, who is Eternal Truth Thirst, adequate water cannot be found on earth;
- Knowledge - Bliss. To warm the fire
From where will the heat be found?
All articles needed for the worship Once the Ganga’s impurity is gone,
Are filled with your essence; Then it is holy, naturally
From the beginning, they are part of you,
Oh, SHREESAMARTHA GURURAYA! The light of temptations
I kindle, most truly,
All my talk is a philosophical statement, From which, may the lusture of asceticism
For I have not experienced its truth. Be granted to me, oh GURUVARA!
I have spoken without experience,
A meaningless maze of words. The throne of pure faith
I offer you as a seat;
If ritualistic worship On receiving it
Of You, is to be performed by me, Accept the offering ("naivedya") of devotion.
To do that, I Have no wherewithals,
My SAMARATHA GURURAYA! You partake the offerings of devotion,
Give me the essence;
Mostly with the help of my imagination only Because I am your child
Will I worship you. I have a claim on your milk.
That worship itself, oh, compassionate one,
Do accept from this slave. My mind is my monetary offering
("DAKSHINA")
Now with my tears That I offer to you;
I bathe your feet; Therefore, the credit or discredit of any action
The sandlewood of true devotion Will no longer be mine.
I make into paste and apply.
Now most humbly and devotedly
The long tunic ("KAFNI") of these ornamental I do abeisance to you;
words. Please accept it,
I place on you, sincerely; Oh divine Sainath!
This garland of adoration, EIGHTFOLD PRAYER
I place round your neck.
Possessing peaceful mind, and wisdom supreme,
The incense of vileness Sainath, the compassionate,
I burn before You, truly; You are ocean of kindness, truth incarnate,
Though it is of impure composition And destroyer of the darkness of ignorance!
Even then, there will be no foul-odour from it. The sage, beyond caste and greed you are,
Beyond comprehension, compassion incarnate;
Elsewhere, than before the Sadguru, Protect me, protect me,
If incense is burnt, Oh, Sainath of Shirdi!
What happens to that incense You are the sun of Divine knowledge
Is like this The bestower of choicest blessings;
Oh, fabled HAMSA of the minds of the
When the incense is put on the fire, devotees,
The moment it actually touches it Protector you are of those who surrender to you.
The fragrance from the incense
Leaves it instantly. You are BRAHMADEV, creator of the world;
You, the sustainer of the world, VISHNU;
Before you, it’s contrary; The destroyer of the three worlds,
The impurities burn away in the fire, You are that very RUDRA!
The good remains for ever
For the world to see. There is no place on this earth,
where you are not.
Once the vileness of the mind is burnt away, Omniscient, oh you Sainath,
The mind will become purer; You dwell in all our hearts.
Forgive us all our sins Similarly, I am a sinner,
I implore you! But, I am under your protection;
And those weaves of doubts and delusions, Will you not redeem me, Oh, GURURAYA,
Repel instantly. From my sinful state?

You are cow, I the calf Worldly or spiritual,


You are moon, I the stone melted by its light; In whatever objects I seek satisfaction,
At your feet, which are like the Ganges, I have no doubt, O GURURAYA,
Respectfully the slave (DAS) bows down! That you will grant me these.

Place on my head With your grace,


Your hand and bless me, oh Lord! Control my mind;
Wars off my sorrow and worry If the oceans are sweetened
For this GANU is your servant. There is no fear of their being salty.

With this eight-fold prayer To make the oceans sweet


I prostrate myself before; Truly you have the powers.
My sins (demerits), suffering and poverty Therefore, this supplication of Dasganu,
Ward off immediately. Please concede.

You are the cow and I the calf; Whatever my shortcomings,


You are the mother and I the child; They are all your!
Do not harbour You are the foremost among the spiritual
Any harsh feelings towards me. masters,
So do not stint while giving.
You are the sandlewood from Malagiri;
I’m a thorny shrub. Now, why should I speak more?
You are the life giving waters of Godavari, You are my only refuge.
I, the greatest sinners. The child held in the mother’s arms,
Is naturally without fear.
If after having your “DARSHAN”
The impurities of my wicked mind remains So be it. This hymn of praise,
Unchanged, GURURAYA, Whosoever read with love,
Who will then call you sandlewood? Their desires
Fulfil, O Lord.
The proximity of must (“KAASTURI”)
makes even the dust more valuable; Your blessing for this hymn
The fragrance of flowers is transmitted I entrest.
To the thread which ties the garlands. May the difficulties of he who recites this
sincerely,
This is the way of the great. Be warded off within a Year.
Whosoever they come in touch with,
To him they impart After performing all ablutions,
A part of their greatness. Should this hymn, be recited regularly,
With a pure and sincere feeling
Sacred ashes, join cloth and the bull, In your heart.
SHIVA made symbolic parts of himself;
Therefore, these objects If this be not possible
Are praised in all quarters. Then on every “Ekadasi”
This hymn should be read
For the amusement of the cowherds, To realize the beneficial effect.
At Vrindavan, on the banks of the Yamuna,
The lord of the World played “DAHI-KALA” One who recites this, with faith
That too has earned recognition from wise men. Will ultimately progress spiritually by the Grace
of GURU, At Maheshwara, the famous TIRTHA,
Who will satiate the material desires readily, The hymn was completed.
And thereby deliver him from their bondage. Shri Sai nath made me utter every word
By becoming part of my mind.
With repeated recitations of this hymn,
Dull wits will be sharpened. The disciple Damodar
And, if perchance, someone’s life is short, Became the scribe truly,
Then, by recitation; he will live upto a hundred I Das, Ganu, Am only an obedient servent
years! Of all the saints and sages.

Where wealth is wanting, Peace be with you! May this humble tribute
KUBER, the Lord of wealth himself will come to of praise to Shri Sainath
stay, Help you cross the worldly ocean.
Oh reading this hymn. This is the prayer, with faith and respect
This is the Truth, and so it shall be. Of Das Ganu, to Shri Panduranga.

To the childless, children will be born Let this be offered to Shri Hari-Hara!
On reciting this hymn. Bless us, O Lord!
And the ailment of one who recites this hymn PUNDALIK VARDA (fulfiller of wishes)
Will be dispelled in all directions. HARI-VITHAL!
I recall sitakanta! Hail Hail Rama
Fear and worry will disappear, Parvati-pate Har-Har Mahadev!
Prestige will increase. Hail to Shri Sadguru Sainath Maharaj!
He will realise the imperishable BRAHMAN Shri Sadguru Sainath, I offer this to you
With the regular recitation of this hymn. Bless us, O Lord!

Have faith in your hearts Shirdi Sai baba blessings to you and your
Above the efficacy of this hymn; family .
And give no place
To doubts and misconceptions.

Go on pilgrimage to Shirdi,
Concentrate on the lotus feet of Baba,
Who is the succour of the poor and the meek,
The wish-fulfilling tree for the devotees!

Have written it?

This humble tribute of praise to Shri Sainath,


Was completed at Maheshwaram
By the sacred bank of the Narmada
