SHOTPUT

The shot put is a track and field event involving


"putting" (throwing in a pushing motion) a heavy metal ball (called
the shot) as far as possible. It is common to use the term "shot
put" to refer to both the shot itself and to the throwing motion.

RULES :
• Upon calling the athlete's name, he/she has 60 seconds to

begin the throwing motion.


• The athlete must rest the shot close to the neck and keep it

tight to the neck while throwing.


• Shot must land in the legal sector (34.92°) of the throwing

area.
• Athlete must exit the throwing circle from the back.

We got an oppourtunity to participate in the athlet


meet held in the Ajay stadium. Our physical trainer selected
three of the student to participate in this athlet meet. They had
a good training in the school to achieve in the athlet meet. Our
school super senoir boy Thameem Ansari had won the second
place in athlet meet. He won the match by his hard work and the
training of the master JIN AMOSE. Our physical trainer them in
