The biological development in organism is depending upon synthesis of two

gametes in fertile condition which entails growth from a one-celled zygote to adult
human beings.

Therefore, biologically developed human index via gender equity in a

geographical region are true in resources and mutually share, co-existence and
grow. The synthetically developed human index via life expectancy rate,
education and per-capital are untrue in resources and valuate sharing in co-
existence and randomly grow beyond the optimal limit by depleting bio resources
and end in separation, poverty and war.

The systemic social coding of male, female and trans-gender via biologically
developed human index is identify and balance emotional, moral values while
encoding of economic and decoding of technology for successful green planetary
civilization via mutual sharing in clockwise Global movement to improve the scope
of humanity and human development.

The valuated social coding of male, female and trans- gender via synthetically
developed human index may not identify values due to human rights violation and
imbalance emotional, moral values while encoding of economics and decoding of
technology to end in scam, depletion and anticlockwise global movement of human
values.

The Index is not very important; the natural and human movements are very
important to identify, constitute global Human Index in scope of humanity and
human development.
