    Re: Class of 2014 T-Shirt Order Forms

    Aloha Freshman Homeroom Teachers!

    Enclosed, you will find the Class of 2014 T-Shirt Order forms for your homeroom.
    Please distribute one order form to each student in your homeroom and make the
    following announcements:

     Only checks in the exact amount will be accepted. Checks should be made
    payable to: Kamehameha Schools. ABSOLUTELY NO CASH WILL BE
    ACCEPTED.
     Return COMPLETED order form and payment to the ‘Akahi Student
    Center.
     The deadline to order t-shirts is WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2011.

    An extra order form has been included should you wish to order a class t-shirt.
    Order forms may also be picked up at the ‘Akahi Student Center.

    We appreciate your kōkua and continued support of our students. Should you have
    any questions, please call the ÿAkahi Student Center at Ext. 8531 or e-mail
    Rachelle Gamiao at ragamiao@ksbe.edu.
