Offer of Employment
Dear Ms. Anita Wulandari
We are pleased to offer you the position of Waitress at Safir Hotel and
Residences, — Kuwait under the following terms and conditions:
Location : Safir Hotel and Residences, ~ Kuwait
Position z Waitress
Reporting to : Head Waiter
Starting Date : 15 April 2010
Duration of Contract 1 Two (2) years from date of commencement.
Basic Salary ' A total of K.D 120/- (Kuwaiti Dinars One
hundred and twenty only) payable in Kuwaiti
Dinars at the end of each calendar Month.
Accommodation : On a_ sharing basis, in the Staff
Accommodation
Working Hours % Your Hours of work will be as necessary for
the successful fulfilment of your duties and
responsibilities as befitting the seniority of
your position. This will not be less than eight
(8) hours per day, six (6) days per week.Life Insurance

Air Tickets
Meals
Laundry & Dry Cleaning :
End of Service Indemnity:
Proprietary Materials
You will be covered by the Company's Group
Life Insurance as per company Policy.
You will be provided with a Medical Insurance
as per our Company's policy.
For every twelve (12) months of continuous
service you will be entitled to receive Thirty
(30) working days Paid Vacation inclusive of
public holidays which may fall during your
vacation. Local and public holidays must be
taken in accordance with Company's Policy
and must not be accumulated as part of your
annual vacation. Prior approval must _be
obtained prior to your praceeding on vacation.
Vacation dues will be paid based on twenty-
six (26) working days per month,
As per Kuwaiti Labour Law.
Following the completion of 24 Months of
Service, you will be entitled to home leave
benefit which will consist of an economy class
air ticket for yourself (Kuwait/ Indonesia
/Kuwait)
You will be entitled to free duty meals during
your working hours, which may be taken in
Staff Cafeteria.
As per company policy.
As per Kuwait Labour Law.
All proprietary business data, business plans,
financial projections and results, customer
information, computer programs as well as
similar materials and information made
available to you during your employment, are
the sole property of Safir International Hotel -
Kuwait.All such materials and information shall be
held by you in the strictest confidence, and
shall not be shared or disclosed to any third
parties or otherwise utilized except in the
routine course of performance of your duties
at the company. Any copies, summaries or
compilations thereof shall be returned to Safir
Hotel and Residences, Fintas~ Kuwait upon
termination of your employment.
It is a condition of your employment that you
do not disclose confidential information, talk,
or issue statements to the media.
Notice Period : It is anticipated that your assignment will be
for a minimum period of Two (2) years. Either
party may terminate this agreement by giving
One (1) month notice in writing. — The
Company reserves the right to pay the
outstanding salary in lieu of notice.
Employment Contract : All other terms and conditions of employment
will be contained in the employment contract
which will be written in Arabic and English
languages and signed by both parties in
accordance with the Labor Law of Kuwait.
