Basic Salary ' A total of K.D 120/- (Kuwaiti Dinars One hundred and twenty only) payable in Kuwaiti Dinars at the end of each calendar Month. All proprietary business data, business plans, financial projections and results, customer information, computer programs as well as similar materials and information made available to you during your employment, are the sole property of Safir International Hotel - Kuwait.All such materials and information shall be held by you in the strictest confidence, and shall not be shared or disclosed to any third parties or otherwise utilized except in the routine course of performance of your duties at the company. Any copies, summaries or compilations thereof shall be returned to Safir Hotel and Residences, Fintas~ Kuwait upon termination of your employment. It is a condition of your employment that you do not disclose confidential information, talk, or issue statements to the media. Notice Period : It is anticipated that your assignment will be for a minimum period of Two (2) years. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving One (1) month notice in writing. — The Company reserves the right to pay the outstanding salary in lieu of notice.
