Article 1
All humans are born free and equal in dignity.
Article 2
All the persons are entitled to this rights.
Article 3
Everyone has the right of life, security and freedom.
Article 4
Everyone charged with a penal offence has the
right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty
according to law in a public trial at which he has
had all the guarantees necessary for his defence.
Article 5
No person may be arrested for a crime that has
no evidence, either Direct or Circumtancial.
Article 6
(1) Everyone has the right to own a property or vehicle
(2) No one shall enter to the private property of another
person unless the law says so.
Article 7
No one shall steal another person’s property
Article 8
Everyone has the right to a nationality.
Article 9
Anyone can have a peacful organization and have
a unarmed meeting at any time.
Article 10
In no case a person may injure another person.
The following declaration has been
accepted by the Government.
This is considered a law.
This law is called L1.
In no case you shall break any of the
articles in law L1.
L1-C-01:
The following rights were declared by
the Government, in no case you may
break this rights.
L1-C-02:
No one shall break or destroy this document,
this document can’t be modified or edited.
This are static articles.
L1-C-03:
In case of approval by all the government,
this laws may be replaced by another one.
L1-C-04:
This document is legal at all time.
L1-C-05:
The Article L1-3 (Article 3) does not apply
to criminals that are having a death
penalty.
L1-C-06:
At any time L1-C-05 may be cancelled,
but that would mean that the death
penalty is invalid, aswell, this Declaration
will need to be re-declarated.
