and Mixed sweets with milk, all products of the company is making a difference by selecting
high quality raw material such as we choose to use of sugar fructose for sweeteners instead of
sugar and use milk instead of coconut milk etc. the selection of high quality raw material they
need is to give consumer the nutrients are most useful when you eat sweet, while its impact
on the health of consumer as little as possible.

Technology

4.1 Product Characteristics (in detail)

The product characteristic in detail of our product can explain follow; Taro balls
with the whole milk or Bua Loy Phuak. This is desert that has passed a long history in
Thailand. Bua Loy or the little balls in the pot are made of taro, rice, or yam paste, cooking in
syrup. They are served with lightly sweetened milk, and sometimes an egg poached in syrup.
This menu is Thai Vegetarian and Thai dessert. For ingredient are including with Sticky rice
flours, taro, sugar, salt, palm sugar, and the whole milk. And equipment for make this menu it
is most equipment is available in normal household already. For preparation we start from
knead to mix the sticky rice flour with taro well. Mash and knead until the flour is firm. Then
form into small balls, 1/2 cm. diameter. And boil whole milk and skim milk mixture in a pot.
Add palm sugar, sugar and salt. Lower the heat, stir until dissolved. When it is boiled, add
balls. Wait until the balls float. They are done. Serve warm.

Crisp pomegranate or truffle with syrup and milk with a sweet Thai flavor is sweet
like many people, truffle with syrup and milk must be mixed with the sweet taste of fresh
milk delighted. Take care and quality of ingredients and more. Materials will be used to

And the last product of our business is KhanomWan Ruam Mit or Mixed Sweet
Dessert. It is a sweet concoction of mixed treats. KhanomWan Ruam Mit is in soup/ pudding
categories. The most people know this dessert in Khanom Wan Ruam Mit name. It’s easily to
cook by you at home. The ingredients are fructose sugar, whole milk, Singapore Lod Chong,
jackfruit, Klong Klang, Floating jasmine water. For preparing step the most of equipment are
available in normal household already. The first start the dish by mixing sugar and jasmine
water but filter it with the white and thin fabric until it sticky. Then start the second mixer by
mixing coconut milk with big tapioca, Singapore Lod Chong, Klong Klang and Jackfruit. At
the end, mixing those two bowls together and then adds up the ice at the end and serve. This
dish is so simple, just get the ingredients ready and mix them all up together and that’s it.
When serve, add syrup and blend ice if you need more cool.
