Parent Interview Form

School Year 2011/2012

The intent of the parent interview is to examine spiritual/academic areas relating to the
student and his/her family and to establish a clear understanding of how the parents, the
students, and the school work together in the training and learning process. It is essential
that parents understand and clearly support the philosophy of SJCS, the policies and
procedures of the school, and the accountability of parents to God for the training of their
child(ren).
