Evaluation Letter

I take this opportunity to write this evaluation letter for Mr. Saumil Shah who was under
my guidance and I have taught him Mathematics III, Mathematics IV and Discrete
Mathematics. He is an intelligent and conscientious student who has the eagerness to
expand his knowledge.

Saumil possesses strong organizational skills and has been the first one in submitting his
class assignments. Having an innovative approach he makes his assignments look unique.
Before taking on any task he has the quality to look for alternative paths. He does not
back-off but works hard to get his task done and has a set mind-frame. He does not give
up easily on any activity and tries to solve any given problem using computer tools.

By means of the below table I would like to rate SAUMIL in comparison with his

Saumil does not limit himself to only textbook knowledge but also spends some of his
time practicing in the laboratory and on reading articles related to his field. He has
participated in many events such as paper presentations organized by the Computer
Society of India in which he gave a presentation on cloud computing. During the
presentation he covered topics such as the issues related to cloud computing, its key
characteristics such as cost effectiveness, scalability, agility and many more, he also
discussed about the paradigm shift in cloud computing. With the help of his class
mates he had taken part in robotic competition named “NFS ENDURA” which was
organized at FOOTPRINTS at Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Baroda.

Saumil is well-behaved at all times. He is versatile by nature and has a new perspective
for each given task. He has a vast gamut of knowledge and always tries to further
augment it. He is well-balanced and is a very responsible individual. (stat rem)
I am confident that Saumil will greatly prove himself worthy of this admission.
