The teacher introduces a situation that
contextualises the language to be taught. The
language is presented and the students practice the
language using acurate reproduction technique
such as choral repetition, individual repetition, and
cue-response drills (e.g. The teacher says “movie”
and the students response “Would you like to come
to the movie?”
