CSCI 200 Access 6 Skills Test

Based on Case Problem 2, page AC-326 to AC-327

This skills test is based the Parkhurst Health and Fitness Center databasae.

(1) Download “Training.accdb" from Moodle to your USB drive.

(2) Create a custom form (named frmUpcomingExpirations) based on qryUpcomingExpirations.

Display all the fields in your form. Add a caption "designed by " with your name. Change the
font to be bold and blue. Change ExpirationdDate to display bold and red.

(3) Create a new custom form (named frmProgramsAndMembers) based on the tblProgram and
tblMember tables based on the following criteria:
• Selected fields (see th figure) from tblMember appear in a subform named
frmProgramMemberSubform
• The form has a calculated control that displays the total number of records that appear
in the subform.
• Set the ControlTip Text property of your calculated control to “Total Number of
members in this program”. Set the Tab Stop property to false.
• Apply an AutoFormat to the form (does not have to match screenshot)
