Clamping Bush

The clamping bush was developed for the

suspension of gearboxes of wind turbines
with three point mounting systems. Its most
remarkable features are the easy installation
as well as optimal vibration- and damping
characteristics.

The clamping bush consists

of two half-bushes, each of
which is installed in a clamping
block - before and after the
torque support.

Clamping bushes are in use for wind power plants with

three point mounting system between a power range of
500 kW and 4.200 kW.

The clamping bush is designed in order to bear the gear of wind
power plants with three-point-mounting-system. Its most remarkable
features are easy installation as well as optimal vibration characteristics.

The clamping bush is directly installed in the torque arm.

The attachment can be used simultaneously as installation device.

The clamping bush is directly installed in the eye of the torque arm
with a new easy method.

After prestressing one half of

the bush, the second half can
be just pushed in easily.
