• Circulation system has been designed in a very compact manner perhaps, so as to be

economical and go in for maximum utilization of space, due to which no separate corridors
are provided and the person has to pass through the studios E

• There is only one set of staircase in the whole architectural block. Hence, most of the S
interactions amongst the students takes place in the basement. E

• The treat of stairs in the site is 450mm with riser
100mm keeping in mind the pace of the

Since the natural slope is towards the north side so
for the water harvesting, a step well is made at the north west side.

The guard rooms where made on the north and south entry of the campus, just adjoining
to the parking.

Landscaping
• The landscaping is in free form merging the built up area with the open area. O
• Land form is very well used in the landscaping pattern. F
• To give the natural feeling in the campus, maximum circulation area is kept soft.
• The trees are grown between the building block and the main road which make it free from
