we should try to maximize their performance to achieve the organisational goals. For that
reason we should practise the Effective Employee performance in the organisation because it
empowers the employees and enhance their responsibility and the productivity. It helps the
company to make impressive business performance and give cost effectiveness.

organisational objectives and mission. This research shows a relationship between the
employee individual performance and the productivity of ‘Subway’.

Statement of problem:
‘To stay in a global market, organization needs to have very high performing, productive, and
motivated workforce’. ( Madhok & Phene , 2001 ).

Organisations are not able to monitor always to their employees performance level for that
reason many people of the organisation are no performing well. If the organisations are
unable to maximize their employee performance then it creates a negative impact on their
productivity. And they will not adapt the changing environment of the business.

The systematic and holistic manner of work creates good and bad impacts of the employee’s
individual performance. This research indicates some organisational factors and leveraged
some basic questions-
 Firstly, an organisation retains their good employees?
 Secondly, why most of the employees in the organisation considered as a typical
employees?
 Why employees are not gives their 100% effort on their workplace?
 At last are organisations able to utilise their employees properly?

(Boyett & Conn,1995)

So we need to apply a comprehensive management method that will help the organisations
employees influence to perform well. But few of them are doing well all of them are not give
their full efforts. So we should try to improve that circumstance.
