nptelworkshop@iitm.ac.in with the subject title “NPTEL Course – Specific Workshop – 
April 2011” 
 
Last  date  for  the  registration:    March  25th,  2011.    Entry  received  after  this  date  will  not  be 
considered. 
 
There is no registration fee for the workshop 
 
Eligibility: Faculty from Mechanical and Management.  
 
Selection Criteria:  First‐come‐first‐serve. NPTEL would send a confirmation email to the 
selected participants. 
 
Admission  to  the  workshop:  Those  selected  should  bring  the  letter  from  their 
institution,  Institution  ID  card  and  print  out  of  the  e‐mail  communication  of  their 
selection. Spot registration will not be entertained. 
 
Accommodation: Provided by NPTEL 
 
Travel support: 
 Chennai participants: Bus fare to IIT Madras.  
 Outstation participants: Travel allowance up to 2T A/C train fare or bus fare. 
 Reimbursement is on actual fares. Please furnish copies of onward and return tickets 
for reimbursement. This is mandatory.
