Special Power of Attorney

THAT I, Selma P. Alaras, of legal age, Filipina and residing at Balayan, Batangas, do
hereby name, make, appoint and constitute________________, Filipino, of legal age and
residing at Balayan, Batangas, as my lawful Attorney-In-Fact, for me and my name, place and
stead to do and perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To represent me at the Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Nasugbu, Batangas,

In connection with my sugarcane plantations
registered with the said sugar central;
2. To ask, demand, collect and receive from said sugar central,
or any other banking institutions, all my sugar participation in the form of
sugar quedans, cash and checks and its by-products, such as molasses,
alcohol, etc.;
3. To sell all my sugar, molasses to any person or entity at any price he/she
deems proper and to ask, demand and receive the proceeds of such sale;
4. To sign for me in my name, the milling contracts with said sugar central;
5. To represent me in all meetings, be it ordinary or extraordinary which
maybe convoked.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact, full power and
authority to do and perform every acts and things, in and about the premises as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do. Hereby RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING
al that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the
premises and by virtue of these presents.
