Topic: The devaluation of US Dollar and the its

influences

Problem statement:
The development of powerful countries such as
China, Japan…. threaten the unique position of the
US dollar. It leads to:
1. US exports become cheaper
2. US consumers find Imports more expensive. This
could lead to lower growth in other countries
3. A falling dollar may cause inflation in the US
4. Reduce the US current account deficit and
countries which export a lot to the US may witness
a fall in economic growth

Objectives:
• To Understand the current situation of US
Dollar in Global economic
• Making a reserve currency stable, there is only
way for people other countries can depend on
it when doing business
• Reminding the lesson from British currency
