1.INTRODUCTION
This method statement details the works to be done for the relocation of the existing PMK
security fence (east part of the fence perimeter, next to the GLPP construction area.).

2.SEQUENCE OF WORK
Method of relocation sequence is specified here under:
1. New pole places will be excavated with hand the same direction of the existing poles and relocated
to PM production area 14 m far according to drawing S 00 C630
2. The existing infra alarm system is removed to the new place.
3. New poles will be installed and first part of the relocation of poles 30 m far will be completed.
4. First 30 meters wire mash uninstalled from the old place and installed to new place should be at the
same day. This work can started after the completion of the infra alarm system.
5. A temporary fence will be installed between the old and new fence places for ensuring the sequrity.
6. Uninstalled part of the old fence’s poles will be joined to the new fence. And second step, pole
relocation works will be completed. The way of the uninstalling and installing poles will be decided
by the Alarko and Sigma Projekt competents.

The fence will be relocated step by step above items.

3.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1. Materials should be under control.

2. Hilti will be used by operator who has user certificate.
We plan to minimize the risk created by work activities, and services, organize ourselves in a
way which secures involvement and participation at all levels and measure performance against our
pre-determined standards. Our commitment to this policy will assist us to develop a positive health and
safety culture.
We will organize with PM security during the relocation works.
