1. Welcome speech 1.1 The secretary of the Science Panel All the Science
welcomed all the panel members. teachers.
1.2 The secretary read the minutes of the
previous meeting.
1.3 The minutes were proposed by
Mrs.Velampal and seconded by
Mrs.Anjala.
2.Speech by the All the Science
Head of the 2.1 Head of the Panel explained about the teachers.
Science Panel yearly scheme of activities for year
2011.
2.2 Briefed on curriculum specification :
- Micro teaching for KSSR by Miss
Nallama and Miss Shamala.
- Micro teaching by Mr.Sasi and
Miss Thulasi for teachers.
2.3 Explained about the writing of the
daily lesson plan.
2.4 Asked teachers to keep the Science
room clean and two teachers were
incharge on the cleanliness of the
room.

4. Speech by Senior 4.1 She asked to introduce the KSSR All the Science
Assistant for system to all the teachers to enhance a teachers.
Afternoon session better understanding on the new
system.
4.2She asked to clean up the science
room as soon as possible.She also
suggested to drew a mural in and out
side the room based on the science
concept.
4.3 She asked teachers to upgrade the
teaching level and skills and work as
a team.
4.4 She asked to fully utilized the ICT
room for pupils in order to get a
better learning system.
4.5 Teacher must well prepared for
teaching and learning process.
4.6 Prepared a log book to record on the
usage of the science apparatus and
also the rules and regulations of the
science room.
4.7 She asked teachers to focus on the
new policy MBMMBI for Year 1
pupils and continue with PPSMI for
other years.
 The meeting was adjourned at 12.45pm.
