The nervous system requires Asparagine. It is required by the nervous system to maintain equilibrium.
It also plays an important role in the synthesis of ammonia. It also helps to protect the liver. Asparagine
is also required for amino acid transformation from one form to the other.
Cons-
Those suffering from a deficiency of asparagine amino acid may experience poor metabolism and
inability to produce and excrete urea (waste products of excess dietary protein). Consequently, they
may exhibit the following symptoms: confusion, headaches, depression, and irritability.
