Empowerment- First of all, I have changed the way I eat my food. Before this exhibition started, I ate without thinking about the
food waste. Now I eat thinking about how big my portions are, how I eat, and how much waste I produce. My mom feels guilty about
throwing away food, and saves more food in her refrigerator. FANTASTIC!! You have had a shift in thinking and are taking action!

Perspective- In my personality, I am capable of seeing other perspectives, even out of the exhibition. Great! I agree. I have
improved this skill during the exhibition, and I can use this in study, now.

Futures Thinking- I haven’t really made a plan, but our family has been automatically changed into a “non- waste” family. We try
not to waste food, at least keep it to a minimum. I like it. Well done. You obviously have the future in mind.
