Abstract

COMPETENCY MAPPING
The object of this study is to know that how competency mapping help the employer to recruit
the people at the right job to right person.

The whole project is based on object of the competency mapping that what is the object of
using competency mapping that what is the object of using competency mapping technique in
H.R.

This project is based upon secondary data the data will be collected through magazines and
interned.

The main limitation of this study is that we cannot collect primary data by this project so the
data which we will collect will not be accurate and current.

Key element are method of competency mapping and techniques of competency mapping.

The conclusion of this study is to know how we can recruit people by applying competency
method this method helps employer to recruit right people for the right job.
