An agreement was reached between the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the
Telangana Joint Action Committee of Employees, Teachers and Workers on their
demands on 04.03.2011. The item 7 (c) in the agreement is as follows:-

“An Implementation and Monitoring Authority headed by Chief Secretary

to Government will be constituted to review and coordinate the
implementation of Presidential Order.”

2. Accordingly, Government hereby order Constitution of Implementation and

Monitoring Authority with following composition to oversee the implementation of The
Andhra Pradesh Public Employment [Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of
Direct Recruitment] Order, 1975 (Presidential Order) and G.O.Ms.No.610, G.A. (SPF.A)
Dept., Dt:30.12.1985.

3. The Implementation and Monitoring Authority shall meet once in 2 months or as

often as required. The Committee will invite Recognized Service Associations as
decided by the Committee.
