EAF Working Group Open House

EAF is an academic working group focused

on the connections between the environ-
ment, agricultural production, and food
consumption in the Chicago metropolitan
region and beyond. Members of the group
will be present to discuss our current research, as well as ways to get in-
volved with EAF. We will also be announcing the dates and content of our

Featuring a talk by DePaul Professor Howard Rosing

Howard Rosing is the Executive Director of the Steans Center at DePaul. Dr. Rosing’s re-
search focuses on urban food access, migration, and economic restructuring in
the Caribbean and Chicago and community-based research as pedagogy. He is currently
completing a study with students on food access and community food security.
