    The fees are to be paid by bank draft in US Dollar and made payable to Bendahari, Universiti Malaysia Sabah [Exchange rate
    RM3.80 = USD1]. Please include RM15.00 as processing fee.

    Notes: The fees will be subjects to change from time to time.
