Instructions – E-Examination Application Form Filling March 2011

Read the Instructions Carefully

CAUTION: Do not fill up the e-form without reading the instructions.

• Go to the College Website: www.mop-vaishnav.ac.in

• Click on “MOP Intranet” icon in the lower left corner of the website.
• Type your Username & Password given to you by your Class in-charge.
• The E-Application form Link will be available in your Intranet Login only from
15th March 2011 to 20th March 2011.
• You are permitted to fill the E-form only once.
• Fill the E-form with utmost Care.
• Students should check all their details displayed in the E-form.
• Students should check whether all subjects they appear in this semester are
displayed in the E-form.
• Discrepancies should be reported to the Ms.V.Usha or Ms.K.B.Priya Iyer of the
department of Computer Science within 24 hours.
• Students who have Language Paper in this Semester should select their
Language Correctly.
• Students who have IDE/NME Paper in this Semester should select their
IDE/NME Correctly.
• Students of III B.A Sociology should select their Core Papers Correctly.
• Take a Print out of your Hall Ticket from your Intranet Login after filling the
E-form.
• Click the Submit button only if all the details in the E-form are filled Correctly.
• Click the Continue button to start filling the E-Application form.

• What happens if I lack in Attendance?

You will not have the E-form link in your Intranet login. Meet your HOD
immediately.

• What happens if I do not pay My Examination Fees?

You will not be permitted to fill the E-form. Contact College Office

• What happens if I do not pay My Exact Examination Fees?

You will not be permitted to fill the E-form. Contact College Office

• What happens if I do not fill My E-form within the allotted dates?

You will not be permitted to write the End Semester Examination.

• What happens if I select My Language Paper Wrongly?

You will not be permitted to write the Language Exam

• What happens if I select My IDE Paper Wrongly?

You will not be permitted to write the IDE Exam

• What happens if I filled My E-form incorrectly?

You will not be permitted to write the End Semester Examination.
