What concept of organizational do you study by the

behavioral science?
In every field of social science, or even physical science, has a
philosophical foundation of basic concept that guide its development. There
are some certain philosophical concepts in organization behaviour also.

The concepts are:


1. Individual differences
2. Perception
3. A whole person
4. Motivated behaviour
5. Desired for involvement
6. Value of the person
7. Social system
8. Mutual interest
9. Ethics

1) Individual differences:-

Every individual in the world is different from another. This idea


is supported by science. Easy person is different from all others,
probably in million ways. The idea of individual differences
comes originally from psychology.
2) Perception:-

People perceptions are also differ when they see an object. Two
people can differently present a same object.
3) A whole person :-

An employee’s personal life is not detached from his working life.


4) Motivated behaviour:-

An employee has so many needs inside him. So they want to


fulfill those needs. That’s why they had to perform well in
organization.

5) Desire for involvement


Every employee is actively seeking opportunities at work to
involve in decision making problems. They hunger for the chance
to share what they know and to learn from the experience.

6) Value of the person:-


An employee wants to be treated separately from other factor of
production. They refuse to accept the old idea that they are simply
treated as economic tools because they are best creation of all
mighty Allah.

8) Social system:-
Organization is social systems and governed by social and
psychological laws. They have social roles and status.

9) Mutual interest:-
In order to develop the organization behaviour mutually of
interest organisation and peoples necessary. Organization needs
people in term need organization.

10) Ethics: -
In order to attract and retain valuable employees in and era in
which good worker is constantly required away, ethical treatment
is necessary.

· An Applied Science:
Organisational Behaviour is oriented towards understanding the
forces that affect behaviour so that their affects may be predicted
and guided towards effective functioning of OrganisationThis
issue will be clearer to you after reading the section on goals of
