Specifications for XENTAUR Gas Dilution Dewpoint Generator

Dewpoint Range: Low: within 1% of inlet gas water concentration

(e.g. 10ppm inlet gas produces 11ppm outlet gas)
High: typically 10°C below ambient temperature, can be placed in a
heated enclosure for higher dewpoint measurements.

Repeatability: +/- 2°C dp, in the range of -65°C to 0°C dp

Inlet Gas: Dewpoint: not to exceed 1% of desired low water concentration

Pressure: Regulate to 50 psig maximum
Flow rate: 20 LPM maximum

Inlet & Outlet connections: ¼” Swagelok tube fittings.

Materials: All materials exposed to dry gas are: stainless steel, borosilicate glass tubes,
Viton ‘O’ rings. Materials exposed to non-dry gas have in addition: brass, aluminum
alloy, polycarbonate.

Principle of Operation: The flow meters are adjusted to produce a blend of dry and
saturated gas, to achieve the desired dewpoint.
