ANNCR: The annual Spring Career Fair is being held March 31st in the Bart Luedeke
Center Cavalla Room. About 50 companies from a wide range of fields will be
in attendance. Stop by and introduce yourself. Be sure to bring your resume and
dress to impress.
ANNCR: Relay For Life is being held Saturday, March 26th from 4 P-M until
7 A-M Sunday, March 27th. It's sponsored by the American Cancer Society and
the goal is to raise money for cancer and support those affected by the disease.
More than 50 teams and 600 participants are signed up. There are performers,
ANNCR: April 2nd is Admitted Students Day at Rider University. Prospective students
who have already been accepted learn more about their majors, meet their
potential classmates, eat lunch and interact with current Rider Students.
ANNCR: Rider University's open house is being held April 16th from 11 A-M to 2:30 P-M
in the Student Recreation Center on the Lawrenceville Campus. Students and their
families have the chance to meet the President, talk with faculty members, take a
campus tour, and visit with student clubs and organizations. You can also learn
more about the admission process and financial aid.
ANNCR: The baseball team, reigning conference champions, kick off their spring season
with a six game winning streak followed by a loss of eight to three against Maine.
ANNCR: Ultimate Frisbee is thriving as it enters its 7th season of play at the university.
ANNCR: Students involved in the Rider University Network have just returned from the
National Broadcasting Convention in L-A over spring break, where their work
was displayed and judged against schools all over the nation. Whitney Wilson, a
student at Rider University, says that this convention is a great way to network.
