Minutes of the meeting held on 24th March 2011.

This meeting was held exclusively for the executive members

and the technical section for safety and risk analysis with the
representative from ENGRO.

Agenda:
Meeting was arranged with the representative from ENGRO, Mr. Ali Ghauri
to finalize the arrangements for the upcoming mega seminar of ASME UET
with ENGRO on the “Health safety environment issues”.

Many opinions and reviews were interchanged about the event and
following key points were highlighted:

1. As the seminar is meant to be a huge one, so it demands some time for

the publicity. Therefore it was decided to continue the publicity
campaign and the event date was not decided.

2. For targeting audience on a big scale, a budget of roughly 35,000/=

was required to meet up the expenses for posters and flex. Apart from
these, the expenditure included souvenirs for the presenters and
guests.

3. As enquired by the Advisor ASME UET, Dr. Ijaz Chaudary, Engro

was requested to provide an educational profile of the presenters.

4. At the end, Mr. Ali Ghauri were requested to pursue ENGRO to meet
up the main expenditure of the flex (20 x 10)ft. Meanwhile, a team of
ASME UET was appointed to target sponsors as well for the event.

5. For the next meetings, it was decided to discuss further proceedings

on skype on 16th April. For that, Syeda Zahra (AM Safety & Risk
Analysis Technical Section) would coordinate with Mr. Ali Ghauri.
