• 2 month before the school starts their will be installed audio systems in the
teachers lounge and the main computer with the music is going to be in the
reception
• When the school year starts each teacher will receive a card towards a
sports/leasure clubs
• Every morning staff from the canteen will put a apple on the desk in each
class where classes will be held
• Also employee from the cleaning company will put chine's perfume sticks in
each class
• I vacation or near vacation when teacher don’t have classes team-building
exercises will take place
• For the students that don’t come prepared and/or disruptive during classes ,
their will get a black dot on a shame board that the entire class to see and if
the student continues then the teacher will give him a special compulsory
 Consequences if not applied
