Seeing With Their Hearts


Some 36 young visually impaired children enjoy classes in their renovated classrooms, thanks
to ANERA. The preschoolers go to the Friends Society of Visually Impaired in Gaza. Read

From WEST BANK

Clearing for the Future


Thanks to ANERA's plastic mulch program, some 70 workers have been hired from March to
July to remove the plastic sheeting and clean the land for planting. In 2011, the project aims to
clean an area of 2,061,000 square meters (509 acres). The expected amount of plastic to be
removed is 115 tons and 233 farmers will benefit.Read more
