APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR: ONBASE

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under general supervision works with end users, management and third-party
vendors to design, develop, integrate and maintain bank applications. Acts as the
subject matter expert for assigned applications, including participating on project
teams, delivering training to end users and resolving on-going issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Acts as the subject matter expert for assigned applications participates on project
teams to address simple to complex uses of the software throughout the
organization.

Work with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account
desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements. Implement
database configuration, upgrades, backups and restores.

Performs administration and configuration duties in conjunction with the Information

Technology department. Manages the stages of the software development lifecycle
for each application including, installation, testing, upgrades and enhancements.

Develops and maintains reports utilizing multiple data sources and reporting
software available.

Resolves both simple and complex software issues, by working with end users,
other operational team members and application vendors.

Develops training guides, documentation, and manuals. Delivers training both

online and in-person when needed.

Provide both support to customer systems inside limited maintenance windows

which may include weekends.

Configure, optimize, and support primarily MS Sql Server 2005 and MS Sql Server
2008 or other relational databases.
