AUDITED UTILISATION CERTIFICATE

Certified that out of Rs 12,00,000/- (Rs Twelve lakhs only) of Grant- in – aid
sanctioned during the year 2007-08 Letter No 8023/RID/BOR/MOD-77/2007-08
Dt. 17/03/2008. ( Rs 12,00,000/- grant in aid + Bank Interest Rs 55053/- + EMD and
Tender sales Rs 26750/- = Total amount Rs 1281803/- ). Rs 1270306/- (Rs
Twelve lakhs seventy thousand three hundred six only) has been utilized from
total amount, for the purpose of Advanced Communication Lab (ECE), for which
it was sanctioned and the balance of Rs 11497/- remaining unutilized at the end of
the project has been surrendered to All India Council for Technical Education New
Delhi, (vide D.D. No 656981 Dt 10/03/2011)

Certified that the grant has been utilized as per laid down terms and
conditions for which it was sanctioned.
