of Suratul-Yasin

Hazrat Ali (a.s.): O Ali! Perform five actions before
going to sleep:
1) Give 4000 dinar sadaqah.
2) Recite one Quran.
3) Give value price worth of Jannat.
4) Settlment/compromise between two fighting
individuals.
5) Perform one Hajj.
Hazrat Ali (a.s.) asked: Ya Rasoolallah! How I will be
able to perform these actions? Rasoole Khuda
(s.a.w.a.) answered:
1) Recite four times Surah-e-Fateha. It is like giving
4000 dinar sadqah.
2) Recite 3 times Surah-e-Tawheed. It is worth
reciting one complete Quran.
3) Recite 10 times salawat. It is worth giving the
value/price of Jannat.
4) Recite 10 times ‘Astaghferullah min kulle zambin
wa atoobo elayhe’. It is worth ending conflict
between two individuals.
5) Recite 4 times ‘Subhaanallaahe wal hamdo lillaahe
wa laa elaaha illal laaho wal laaho akbar wa laa hawla
wa laa quwwata illaa billaahil aliyyil azeem.’ It is
worth performing one Hajj.

WA-A'ANĀBIW WAFAJJARNĀ FĪHĀ MINAL 'UYŪN. ‫ذ ; ﻢ‬5‫ر ﻓ‬5 > ‫  ﺴ ﻠ ﺦ ﻣ ﻨ ‚ ﻟ ﻨ‬h‫ﻞ‬
To ward off insults/abuses of enemy, this ayat be
written and placed under a stone.

KULLI SHAY-IW WA-ILAYHI TURJA'ŪN.

extensively. Due to ‘barkaat’ of this ayat,
Inshallah your supplication shall be fulfilled. Ayatal-Kursi
BENIFITS OF RECITING ĀYATAL-KURSI
* Our Holy prophet (s.a.w.a.) has said:
whoever recites the first 4 ayats of Surae
Baqarah, then Ayatul Kursi and then the
last 3 ayats of Surae Baqarah will not be
inflicted with any kind of difficulty in his
wealth or himself, Shaitaan will not come
near him and he will not forget the Qur’an.
* Imam Ali (a.s.) was told by our Holy
Prophet (s.a.w.a.): Qur’an is a great word,
and Surae Baqarah is the leader of the
Qur’an and Ayatul Kursi is the leader of
Surae Baqarah. In Ayatul Kursi there are 50
words and for each word there are 50
blessings and good in it.
* One who recites Ayatul Kursi every
morning will be in the protection, safety of
Allah until the night.
* If one ties this to ones wealth or children,
they will be safe from Shaitaan.
* Our Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) has said: These
things increase ones memory; sweets,

 meat of an animal near the neck, Adas
(Lentils), cold bread and recitation of
Ayatul Kursi.
* For those of our dear ones who have
passed away, recitation of Ayatul Kursi and
giving it as Hadiya to them, gives them
light (noor) in the grave.
* Frequent recitation makes ones own death
easy.
* When leaving home, if one recites it once,
the Almighty has one group of Angels to
come and protect you. If recited twice, 2
groups of Angels are assigned to do this. If
recited 3 times Allah tells the Angels not to
worry as the Almighty himself takes care of
him.
* The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) has said: If one
recites Ayatul Kursi before going to sleep,
Allah will send an Angel to come and look
after you and protect you till the morning.
His home, family and also neighbours will
remain in safety until morning.
* When one is alone in the home, recitation
of Ayatul Kursi and asking Allah to help will

make you remain calm and you will not
fear.
* The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) has said: When
leaving home, if one recites Ayatul Kursi
the Allah will send 70,000 Angels to do
Istighfaar for him until he returns home,
and upon his return Poverty will be
removed from him.
* If one recites this after doing Wuzu, the 5th
Imam (a.s.) has said: Allah will give him a
reward of 40 years of Ibadaat, his position
will be raised in the Heavens 40 times
(levels) and will marry him to 40 Horains.
* One who recites it after every prayer, thier
salaat will be accepted, they will remain in
the safety of the Almighty and He will
protect them.
* Allah (s.w.t.) told Prophet Musa (a.s.): If
one recites it after every salaat, the
Almighty will make his heart a thankful
one(Shakireen), will give him a reward of
the prophets, and his deeds will be like
those of the truthful(Siddiqeen) and
nothing except death will stop will stop
him from going into heaven.

* To increase light or vision (noor) in the BIS-MIL-LĀHIR-RAH-MĀNIR-RAHĪM
eyes, recite Surae Alhamd once, then ALLĀHU LĀ ILĀHA ILLĀ HUW. ALHAYYUL
Ayatul Kursi and then once the following QAYYŪM. LĀ TĀ-AKHUDHUHU SINATAW WALĀ
dua:- "U-eedhu nora basaree binuril lahi NAUM. LAHU MĀ FISSAMĀWĀTI WĀ MA FIL ARD
alladhi la yutfaa", "I seek refuge for the MANDHALLADHI YASHFA-'U 'INDAHU ILLĀ BI
light of my eyes by the light of Allah IDHNIH. YA-'ALAMLU MĀBAYNA AIDĪHIM WAMĀ
(s.w.t.), which does not become KHALFAHUM. WALA YUHITŪNA BI SHAYIM MIN
extinguished". 'ILMIHI ILLĀ BIMĀSHĀ-A WASI-'A KURSI-YUHUS
SAMĀWĀTI WAL ARD WALĀ YA-UDUHU
‫ﺑ ﺴ ﻢ  ﻟ
ﺮ ﺣ ٰﻤ ﻦ ﻟﺮ
ﺣ  ﻴ ﻢ‬ HIFZ UHUMĀ WA HUWAL 'ALIYUL 'AZ IM.
Allah! There is no god save He, the ever-living

h‫ﮦ ﺳ ﻨ [ﺔ وﻻ ﻧ ﻮ [م‬ ‫ ﺧ ﺬ‬50 ‫ ﻻ‬h‫ (ﻰ  ﻟ ﻘ (ﻴ ﻮ م‬m ‫  ﻟ‬h‫ ﻵﻟ ٰ ‚ ﻻ ; ﻮ‬
the self-subsisting (by whom all subsist). Slumber
  does not seize Him, nor does sleep; to Him
belongs whatever is in the heavens and
‫ ﻣ ﻦ ذ ﻟ ﺬ ى‬h‫ض‬  ‫ﻰ ﻻ ر‬N 5‫› و ﻣ‬ ‫ﻰ‬N 5‫‚ ﻣ‬ ‫ﻟ‬
 ‫ﻟﺴ ٰﻤ ﻮ‬ whatever is in the earth. Who is he that can
intercede with Him, except by His permission?
5‫  ﻦ ﻳ ﺪﻳ>  ﻢ و ﻣ‬2 5‫ ﻌ ﻠ ﻢ ﻣ‬y h‚ٖ  ‫ذﻧ‬52 ‫ﮦ ﻻ‬¥ ‫ ﺸ ﻔ ﻊ ﻋ  ﻨ ﺪ‬y He knows what is before them and what is
behind them, while they cannot comprehend

h‫ ء‬1‫ ﺷ‬5‫  ﻤ‬2 ‫ﻣ ﻦ ﻋ  ﻠﻤ ٓ ٖ‚ ﻻ‬a ‫ء‬% ^ _  2 ‫ وﻻ ﻳ ﺤ ﻴ ﻄ ﻮ ن‬h‫ﺧ ﻠ ﻔ > ﻢ‬
anything out of His knowledge save that which
He wills. His throne (knowledge) extends over
the heavens and the earth and the preservation
 ‫ﻟﺴ ٰﻤ ﻮ‬
h5‫ﮦ ﺣ  ﻔ ﻈ > ﻤ‬ ‫ وﻻ ﻳﺌ ﻮد‬h‫› و ﻻ ر ض‬   ‫و ﺳ ﻊ‬
‚‫`ﺳ (ﻴ‬ of them does not tire Him; and He is the most
high, the great.

YUA-MIM BILLĀHI FAQADISTAM SAKA BIL
FĪHĀ KHĀLIDŪN.
'URWATIL WUTHKĀ LAN FĪSĀMA LAHĀ
Allah is the guardian of those who believe. He
WALLĀHU SAM'ĪUN 'ALĪM.
brings them out of darkness into light. And those
There is no compulsion in religion. Indeed truth
who disbelieve, the false gods are their guardian
has been made distinct from error, therefore he
who takes them out of light into darkness: they
who disbelieves in false gods and believes in
are the inmates of the fire, they shall abide
Allah, indeed, has taken hold of the strongest
therein.

hearing, knowing.
