To enable the macros,

Open Tax Planner.
You will see a screen like shown below.
Select the middle button labelled "Enable Macros"

If you still don't see the above screen, you need to see the Security Level of your excel.
If the security level is set at High, then Macros are automatically disabled.

So you need to do following in case your security level is high.

To Change your security level:
Click Tools from the Menu bar.
Choose Macros > Security
Set the level to Medium or Low
Close Excel and Restart the software
