The teacher should primarily determine


whether the school is a criterion of excellence or
below standard. Compared with teachers, such
things as buildings, equipment, supplies, etc.,
though they should never be neglected, are of
tertiary importance.
    

This study was undertaken at Cebu


Technological University at College of
Engineering for school year 2010-2011 with a
respondent of all Industrial Engineering students
from first year to fourth year.

The questionnaire is divided into five


dimensions, first is the teaching skills related to
communication, discipline, organization and
management, and creativity, second is the
knowledge of the subject matter, third is the
classroom relationship, fourth is the classroom
interaction, and lastly is the attitude and
behavior.
