Hubungan gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, pelatihan terhadap kinerja
petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Lempake Tahun 2010. Pembimbing
Bapak Subirman, SKM, Bapak Ismail, AB. SKM. MKes.
Hal yang berhubungan terhadap kinerja , yaitu kepemimpinan,
motivasi, pelatihan dalam rangka pencapaian kinerja petugas kesehatan
yang sesuai standar pelayanan puskesmas yang optimal, maka perlu
penelitian mengenai kepemimpinan, motivasi, pelatihan kerja terhadap
kinerja petugas kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui
hubungan kepemimpinan, motivasi, pelatihan terhadap kinerja petugas
kesehatan di Puskesmas Lempake.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan
crossectional, analisa statistic yang digunakan adalah Chi Square,
penelitian dilakukan pada bulan juli 2010. Sasaran populasi adalah
petugas kesehatan yang berstatus PNS (Pegawai Negeri Sipil) di
Puskesmas lempake dengan jumlah responden 27 orang,
Hasil analisa bivariat didapatkan ada hubungan yang bermakna p
value 0,012 antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, ada hubungan yang
bermakna p value 0,043 antara motivasi terhadap kinerja, ada hubungan
yang bermakna pp value antara 0,043 antara pelatihan terhadap kinerja.
Saran kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota dan pemerintah daerah untuk
dapat melakukan pengawasan, memberikan motivasi, memberikan
pelatihan sesuai pendidikan dan bidang keterampilan petugas kesehatan
di Puskesmas Lempake Samarinda

The relationship style of leadership, motivation, training on the
performance of health workers in PHC Lempake 2010. Mr Subirman
Advisors, SKM, Mr Ismail, AB. SKM. MKes.
Matters relating to performance, namely leadership, motivation,
training in order to achieve the performance of health workers that meets
the standard of optimal health services, it is necessary to research on
leadership, motivation, job training on the performance of health workers.
The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of leadership,
motivation, training on the performance of health workers in PHC
Lempake.
This study is a cross sectional descriptive study, statistical analysis
used Chi Square, the research conducted in July 2010. Target population
is the health workers are civil servants (Civil Service) at the PHC
Lempake with the number of respondents 27 persons.
Results of bivariate analysis showed no significant relationship
between leadership p value 0.012 to the performance, there is significant
correlation between the p value of 0.043 motivation on performance,
there is significant correlation between pp values between 0.043 to
performance training.
Suggestions to the City Health Office and local government to be
able to supervise, motivate, provide appropriate education and training
skills of health workers in PHC Lempake Samarinda.
