Comes now, James R. Connell to Admit onto Evidence as per Wisconsin Rules of Evidence, Denials to
any and all allegations set forth in these matters, wherehy it is alleged that I did in a public place
engage in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonable loud, or other disorderly
conduct which tended to cause or provoke an immediate disturbance of public order or tends to disturb
or annoy any other person or persons, contrary to Ordinance 46-1 of the Chippewa County Ordinances,
which adopts 947.01 Wise. Stats.

These allegations are DENIED, and admitted onto Evidence as per Wisconsin Rules of Evidence.

Contempt of Court/Obstruction of Justice whereby Paula Podwys has brought forth Malicious
Prosecution against one James R. Connell Constituting Simulation of Legal Process, Criminal
Contempt of Court. and Obstruction of Justice.

Ms. Podwys acting on what appears her own motion. has laid claims against James R. Connell without
Cause, or Jurisdiction, otherwise known as Want of Prosecution, Consisting of Criminal Coercion
whereby James R. Connel is being held in Contempt for a Crime never having been committed.

Mr Lauren Otto aeting outside of any legal Boundary has maintained as a Special Prosecutor.
Constituting Fraud upon This Court, Criminal Coercion, Simulation of I .egal Process, Obstruction of
Justice and Kidnapping by fraud, whereby James R. Connell is being held hostage by Court Process
