Preface
The Fifth Libyan Arab International Conference on Electrical and Electronic
Engineering is to be held during the period from 23 to 26 October 2006 at the
conference halls of That El-Imad Complex, Tripoli, Libya. The conference
program includes 20 technical sessions, 3 round table discussion sessions and a
workshop on recent development and trends.
The papers are grouped according to the fields of specialization as follows:
