Description of Learners: The Fourth Year student (Group 9) of Bicol University Tabaco Campus
Setting: Ziga Memorial District Hospital; ER; 3-11
No. of Students: Eleven (11) Students
General Objective: At the end of rotation, the students will be able to gain more knowledge and experience and able
to identify important pointers from each days of hospital duty.
Specific Learning Objective: Within the two weeks exposure, the students can identify the different roles and
functions of a nurse in the Emergency Room; and also to improve their individual skill even its
only for a short period of time.
Grading System:
SKILLS - 50%(Performance of basic nursing procedure, bedside care)
KNOWLEDGE - 30%(Requirements: NCP, Case Study, Drug Study, exams)
ATTITUDE - 20% (Attitude/Attendance)
Total - 100%
Briefing/ Orientation: Introducing myself as their student clinical instructor, explain some rules and requirement
