2011 marks the 50th anniversary of the founding of ELS Educational Services, Inc.
ELS Language Centres opened its first centre in Washington D.C in 1961. Over the past half
century, ELS has helped more than a million students from 140 countries master English in

The daily 6-lesson class schedule includes classes in Structure/
Speaking Practice, Reading, Writing, Conversation and Multi-media

English language learning to provide students with well-balanced
instruction in all English language skills.
Structure and Speaking Practice: This class includes
instruction in speaking, listening, grammar and vocabulary to
give you the opportunities to practice language in meaningful

Reading & Writing: This class focuses on the development of
comprehensive reading and writing abilities, and also reinforces
and consolidates learning in other skill areas.
Conversation: The main purpose of this class is to build

admissions. It is increasingly accepted by institutions in the United
States as well. This course focuses on a comprehensive overview of
the IELTS test components and helps you develop the skills you need
to obtain a creditable score on the IELTS. We offer a 16-hour
workshop and a 48-hour programme which will cover the following
skills and strategies:
